Coronavirus Updates (as of 2nd April 2020)

 

Dear Customer and Supplier,

 

In accordance with the recent Italian Government Decree (DPCM 1 April 2020), we inform you that Techno is authorized to work.

The production, logistics and warehouse departments are open and work regularly.

 

We guarantee the technical and commercial support to our customers exclusively through video conferences, by telephone and via email. All contacts and usual references remain unchanged. In addition to these, you can also contact us at customercare@techno.it.

Our phone lines and Customer Service remain active from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 to 17.30.

 

In accordance with the recent Italian Government guidelines and restrictions, Techno has recently implemented high levels of safety within its departments and offices with the aim of guaranteeing the health and safety of the internal and external staff (e.g. smart-working, work shift re-scheduling, health safety procedures, other precautionary measures, etc.).

 

These measures may change and affect both Techno and its suppliers with a consequent slowdown of some production and back-office activities.

It is our responsibility to promptly notify you of any new delivery and receipt dates of the goods or any other changes to the commitments made towards you.

 

The Techno team is constantly committed to managing the contingent situation in the best possible way, ensuring both health safety objectives and the functioning of our departments in full compliance with the directives issued by the competent authorities.

Coronavirus Updates (as of 12th March 2020)

 

We inform you that all our production activities continue to take place regularly in compliance with the requirements received from the Competent Authorities.

 

We guarantee the reception of the goods from our suppliers and the delivery of the goods to our customers. Our government has undertaken a series of preventive measures that do not block the normal flow of goods and services.

 

Our phone line and Customer Service is in regular operation at +39 031 976445 from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 17.30.

 

We have cancelled visits from suppliers and customers, inside and outside our site, to avoid any exposure to the virus. We are able to manage any activity through the usual telephone and digital tools.

 

Techno has implemented all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of internal and external staff to avoid any impact on the company's operations.

 

We will keep you regularly informed through our usual communication channels.
